The internship at Critter Care Wildlife Society was a wonderful experience that I can without a doubt recommend to anyone who loves animals as much as I do. It was not just about working with these wonderful, lovable and kind animals. It was about learning how to work with them, getting to know fantastic people and spending time with them and learning some medical basics. The best thing about my time at Critter Care was taking care of my own two lovely raccoons. I was allowed to come to the vet, I had to feed them, give them their meds and soon started loving my raccoons Harry and Ron.
Going to rescues and releases can also be great fun, as much as painting, peeling eggs, making food plates, doing laundry, enjoying cooking evenings or movie nights with other interns ……
I loved my time at Critter Care and learned so much about the animals. Breanne even made me do things, I never thought I would be able to do ( Thank you Breanne! J).
Thank you for allowing me to volunteer at Critter Care! I will definitely come back
