Fawn #1 - PIXIE

This little girl came in on June 11th from Maple Ridge.  Conservation Officers brought her in to us after they recovered her from a member of the public.  She was "kidnapped" and kept in a dog run, no shelter and was being fed cat milk.  She is quite shy dispite getting so much attention.

Fawn #2 - FAWNZIE

The 9th of June we received this little man from Penticton, weighing 5.8kg.  He is approximately 5 weeks old.  Mom unfortunately was hit by a vehicle leaving this fawn orphaned.  He is a very regal fawn and is not fond of people.  He is self aware and knows he is a fawn.

Fawn #3 - BRUNO

This little boy came in on June 8th, at the time of his arrival he was approximately 1 week old. He was transferred with his sibling from Sechelt by POWELL RIVER ORPHANED WILDLIFE SOCIETY “Prowls”. Unfortunately, his mother was a victim of a roadside accident, He was found close to her on the side of the highway. This little fawn is extremely gentle and has assumed the role as the “protector” of his smaller sibling.

Fawn #4 - HOOVERINA

This girl was found in Kamloops as her mother was hit by a car.  Conservation Services transferred it to Kamloops Wildlife Park until transport to Critter Care could be organized.  She is always hungry and we can never seem to give her enough milk, She’s steals her adopted siblings bottles all the time.
