Korra (Big Girl) Admitted on April 30, 2017
People out riding ATV’s in Richmond heard crying and yelping coming from a drainage pipe. Found what they believe to be a lost puppy, brought her home, warmed her and gave her some water. Only when she became more active that they realized it was probably a coyote! Admitted weighting 942 grams at 6 weeks old she now weighs over 1.5 kgs and is happy, healthy and willing to be big sister to our 9 younger pups!
Bartholomew Admitted on May 5, 2017
Came from the Vancouver Animal Emergency Clinic. He had been picked up by the BCSPCA in Maple Ridge the night before. Very little information given other than he was slightly dehydrated. Approximately 4 weeks old on admission Bartholomew is a very handsome boy and very much acts like he knows it.
Erin, Evelyn, Blanche, Isadora, Wilson, Vincent, Montgomery and Rochester Admitted on May 2, 2017
This entire litter of eight came from YVR airport that were rounded up by animal control after mom unfortunately decided to make her den near the runways which could prove extremely dangerous to planes as well as the animals themselves. Weighed between 400 and 600 grams and at approximately 5 weeks old. We originally started syringe feeding them but they quickly took to a bottle. They all have their own personalities and quirks. Rochester is the little adventure seeking one and is always exploring, Blanche is very quite and shy, Evelyn is always the last to emerge for her bottle.
